We currently deliver to select commercial and contractor service areas across Ontario. Delivery availability is determined based on the project location and logistics feasibility.

2. Delivery Scheduling

  • Orders are typically scheduled for delivery within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • To increase the likelihood of next-day delivery, please place your order before 2:00 PM.
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on operational factors.

3. Delivery Conditions
Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic and road restrictions
  • Truck and driver availability
  • Order volume during peak seasons

Our team will notify you in advance if there are any changes to your scheduled delivery.

4. Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and adequate access for delivery trucks
  • Proper space for unloading materials
  • Compliance with local regulations and site conditions

If delivery cannot be completed due to site constraints, additional charges may apply.

5. Order Confirmation & Communication

  • All orders are subject to internal review and confirmation.
  • Our team may contact you to verify details such as delivery location, material specifications, or scheduling.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or site inaccessibility:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Additional waiting or standby fees may be charged

8. Material Handling Disclaimer
Once materials are delivered and unloaded at the designated location, Humber Group is not responsible for further handling, placement, or site distribution.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Any changes to delivery details must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute changes or cancellations may incur additional charges.
