Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:
• Selecting the correct product and quantity
• Providing accurate delivery details
Returns
• Returns are not accepted once materials have been delivered.
• Materials cannot be returned due to improper ordering or change of requirement.
Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
• Incorrect material supplied by Humber Group
• Order cancellation approved prior to dispatch
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery (wrong material or quantity), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Incorrect quantities ordered
• Site access issues or failed delivery attempts
• Delays due to weather or logistics
Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
