We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a revenue-generating role focused on lead conversion and sales growth. You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and closing deals. Your ability to generate business directly impacts company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective and existing customers
- Conduct outbound follow-ups to leads and potential customers
- Generate new sales opportunities through consistent outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Close deals and meet daily/weekly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (Pipedrive or similar)
- Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Stay informed on products, pricing, and market conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (phone & email)
- Proven ability to follow up and close deals
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, aggregates, logistics, or building materials
- Background in telemarketing or outbound sales
